About the sound

Lion Paw International is a reggae and dancehall sound system out of Johannesburg, ranking among the country's top selectors in clash culture with a deep arsenal of dubplates and rare tunes.

In February 2017 the sound extended into broadcasting with an online station dedicated solely to reggae music and culture. Hosted by DJ Lion Paw and DJ Tall Fellah, the show runs every Friday evening: blazing selections, live chat, call-ins and honest talk on the issues of the day, from Johannesburg to Jamaica.
